"Microwave dirty Microwave broken and refrigerator broke ,then shower was plug."

I have celiac very strict diet no wheat,rye malt,oats.I needed the fridge when broke down I had .to throw my food away .They did change out microwave when it broke down The whole weekend was a nightmare. Trying to eat.they tried change me to another room but I was leaving the next day and we had plans.The room had a hole in the wall.the night before we left the tub would not drain.at times the tried and others they couldn't do anything about.The more worried about the damage the room and my deposit.hotel phone didn't work.So I was always going down to the front desk.To what broke down that day. My friend and family will not return They tried tell my microwave for the two room was not dirty but rusty.

"Bugs In Bed."

we stayed this past weekend and were awoken in the middle of the night by bugs in the bed. Manager wasn't in until the next morning and was supposed to call us, but never did. I work in a hotel and understand things happen but I also still feel like there is accountability that needs to be taken.

I thought it was nice in the lobby. My room had gnats in it. And there was some mold on the shower curtain. The workout room was a nice place. And I like the lemon water in the lobby. Overall I was satisfied!

Property description

Our sleeping rooms feature one king bed or two queen beds. We offer a our Choice Rise and Shine Hot Breakfast. Wi-Fi is complimentary throughout the building. We have free bus parking on property as availability allows. All of the rooms feature a microwave and fridge. Our television programing includes 60+ stations including HBO and ESPN. We are close to local golf courses and sporting events being held at Green Valley and Campbells Fields. The property is a 10 minute drive to the John Deere Pavilion or John Deere headquarters as well as the I Wireless Civic Center. Take a stroll to Southpark Mall. Have lunch or dinner at one of the nearby restaurants including Osaka Japanese Restaurant, Denny's, Olive Garden, Arby's, Taco Bell, and many more.
