Housekeeping cart in room. Bathroom walls around sink needed washed. Closet door slider jammed off track—could not open! Hole in bathroom door repaired with wooden disk glued on it. Daylight visible around door. Electric outlet behind one bed hanging out of wall; other one, only one operable—needed for CPAP while sleeping! Beds uncomfortable—sat on foot of bed and almost slid onto floor. Third Party booking said “complimentary breakfast” and wrong check out time quoted. In “sketchy” part of town which we would like to have known. Will not book thru them again!

I booked a room and they told me it was okay to check in but when I get there they had no available rooms so I didn't stay but they still charged my card and day it's not refundable.
