Guest Registration/Check in – Guests to comply with ‘Social Distancing’ rules when in the Lobby. Front Desk Agent will use the Main Station behind the plexiglass shield only. Moneris key pad to be wiped with disinfectant wipe or cloth before and after the guest uses it at check-in. Pens also to be wiped before and after the guest uses it to sign the Registration Form. Key Cards to be wiped and while keeping wipe with card in hand, passed on to the Guest. Guest Check out - Guests to be asked to call Front Desk from their room when checking out and to leave the key card/s in their room. Front Desk Station – the Front Desk counter must be wiped down after each Guest Check-in. No daily Housekeeping Service provided. Rooms left for 3 days prior to cleaning in advance of new check-in.
