Had a good experience with the hotel and staff. Starting with Jen, And the gentleman that was on staff that night was very helpful and friendly as well. He even went so far as to notify reservation desk that I had already paid in person for my room and helped expediate my return from reservation desk hopefully. I appreciated the new carpet in the room and the pillows were soft and everything else was good as well. It is only a two plus star hotel but I enjoyed the pool and hot tub area. And staff were great. I would not hesitate to stay there again when I come to the island.

Property Description

-The Days Inn Nanaimo offers the best value in town alongside 79 spacious rooms with comfortable beds & lots of amenities for guests including free Wifi, mini-fridge, microwave, Keurig Coffee Makers (coffee & tea pods), Dove branded toiletries and more…-Rates include a Daily Continental Breakfast served in our Gabriola Room from 6:30AM - 9:30AM daily. -It is very important to know that most hotels in town either do not offer breakfast for free & if they do, no comparison for what we offer here at the Days Inn. -We are the only hotel in town that has heated indoor pool & hot tub & they are open from 7AM to 11PM daily.-We offer ample free parking so no need to register or pay.-We also have a special parking for Coach buses & trucks towing trailers for overnight use only. -Rates are quoted for Single/ Double/ Quad Occupancy. Children 17 & under stay free with parents using existing bedding. -Extra adult charge is $15.00 plus tax. Note that kitchenettes, larger rooms or Pet Friendly Rooms are available for extra charge. -We charge $20 per pet per night & to a maximum of 2 pets/ room but pets have to be with owners all the time & not left behind in the room-We have Ricky's All Day Dining restaurant inside the hotel which is perfect for guests who want to enjoy a great meal and have a drink without the need to drive. Ricky's is open daily from 7AM till 9PM
