Friendly staff, nice room, comfortable bed, decent good breakfast for being included.
After booking I read the reviews. Not all great! But staying just one nite, thought we'd be ok…and it was more than ok. Clean linen, lots of clean towels, well cleaned room and bathroom; fridge, microwave, coffee maker. All in all, good value and no complaints at all!
Such a beauty stay here. My room was so clean and compact. It was perfect. I felt secure and safe. I will always stay here when traveling through Nanaimo. Thank you !

Check in staff accommodating to mobility issues. Morning staff friendly, helpful and delightful to talk with! The room was comfortable, quiet and inviting with a light on and TV set on scenes reflective of area. Overall, a nice way to spend a night on a long journey.
