Hotel staff were so nice and helpful. Room was in need of a major remodel. Curtain half hanging off the hooks, bathroom toilet was not totally secure on the floor and clunked (make noise) when getting off commode. The walls in the bathroom had holes where previous hooks were torn out, vanity was chipped and all scratched. Will not stay again in this hotel. Not a good impression for a Hilton!
