I was not able to check in hotel due to becoming sick on my trip to carlsbad I called booking agent on Dec 24,11 am requesting to cancel my stay at hotel and requesting return of the balance of my four days,400.00 I initially paid 540.00 in advance,the representative I talked to said I would get refund of 4days. I did not get refund of anykind,and no explanation why, I travel fir work,I usually use company credit card,although this booking was private ,was going there to visit family for Christmas, I stay at Windom hotels across the US, probably 200 times a year,I will never book Windom again. I will book my reservations at Hilton for the coming year, floyd stegall.
