The A/C was not working there was absolutely no air blowing. We called the front desk four times and no answer. The first call was around 8:30 pm, last call about 9:45 pm. We were too tired and aggravated to go down. This morning the young lady told me she was there until 9 but it may have been between shift change. We did meet the manager this morning who said he was aware of the issue and someone should've fixed it. My question now is why would you place us in that room and where was my offer for a complimentary night? Very dissatisfied and likely not to return.
