I found Amanda, the front desk clerk difficult to work with. I had made a mistake when booking (not your hotel's fault in any way) I asked if she could help me and she said" We don't give any help to people who use third party bookers" I have a great difficulty walking. The keys she gave me to open my room did not work. My room was 1/2 down a very long hall. I had to go back to the front desk. She came up with me and opened it. I had supper in your restaurant. Returning to my room the keys did not work again. A hotel employee happened to be in the hallway. I asked for help. (BJ?). He said they had been having with all room keys. He went down, came back new keys and opened my room. I chose your hotel because it look clean and had a restaurant.
