Villa Soro is a charming 25 bedroom hotel located in a renovated 19th century villa which has been declared a Historical Heritage Building of San Sebastian. Villa Soro is an outstanding address for the discerning traveller, offering a harmonious balance between the warm and familiar atmosphere of a century-old home and the comfort and services of a luxury hotel.We are located in the centre of San Sebastian, within a five minute walk of the Zurriola beach, the Kursaal Concert and Convention Center and the old part of town.The detailed renovation of Villa Soro has managed to preserve the pleasant and familiar ambience of the stately ground floor. The main living room is very pleasant both in the winter with the lit fireplace and in the summer, flooded with sunlight. The original hardwood floors, the large and comfortable sofas, the antique furniture, and the grey and reddish fabrics invite you to read, relax or enjoy a leisurely conversation with friends. The bar and adjacent smaller living room are two other areas where you may choose to sit and enjoy an afternoon tea or a cocktail. The bar, located in part of the former dining room features the original oak wood panelling that was installed in the 19th century.The "serre" or winter garden has been converted into a warm and bright dining area where we serve breakfast. Villa Soro does not have a restaurant but our concierge service will be able to guide and recommend extraordinary gastronomic experiences in San Sebastian, without a doubt one of the world's gastronomic capitals.
