"Central Reservation Office giving incorrect pricing."

Front desk attendant (Juan) was rude, condescending and made no attempt to resolve a discrepancy regarding the pet fee I was quoted when I booked the reservation through centralized reservation system. The central reservation system quoted $10 pet fee. Juan, the rude front desk clerk, told me it was $25 and would do nothing to assist other than to say it's hotel policy to charge $25. Further he said the central reservation is not part of the hotel so extra cost was ours to pay or not stay there! At 8 o'clock at night he (Juan) left us no choice. I ask Juan to contact owner/manager to resolve the issue. Juan, the front desk AI bot refused. I'm sorry to insult AI bots. I would steer clear of this hotel chain and their central reservation system. They have no concept of trying to resolve customer issues in amicable manner.
