I'd like to make special mention of one of your staff members, Marvin Rosel. We arrived here from a drive across the alley and very limited experience with downtown Miami, even where we would eat. We are here for some medical evaluations for my Mother (we're from Naples) and Marvin was great. Besides having a "how can I help you" attitude, he made it clear that he'd do anything we needed. We had a great Italian dinner from his recommendation and looked forward to a restful night. I should also make mention of the valet service and how easily they worked with Marvin to get us all settled. Marvin is also taking care of taxi needs we'll have tomorrow. I usually don't write about experiences like this, but this was exceptional.
