My entire stay was the most joyful event I experienced while in Miami. The professional, courteous and super helpful staff made me feel warm and welcomed. I want to highlight Alex and Carlos. These two gentlemen greeted me the moment I entered the hotel, as well as ensured all my questions were answered. They made me feel like "Family" during my stay.
