For an establishment that claims it has been smoke free for 16 years, the moment I walked into my room, the smell of old musty smoke was very strong. When I mentioned it, I was told it was just because the building was old and everything was "musty". Upon leaving my room, my clothing still had the lingering smell on it all day long. When I returned to my room that evening, the fridge and freezer had leaked water all over the floor and the bathtub also had leaked water all over the bathroom floor. The light switch next to the bathroom in the hallway flicked a bright orange all night, looking like a spark. The final straw was the fact that the floors have very large divets in them and if you are not paying attention, you will trip. The front desk individuals had no clue who to call to get any of the water issues or light switch fixed and would not change rooms. Myself and two others all left early. We will never be back at this establishment!
