Cook's Falls
Our Cooks Falls room is a multi-functional space that has all the comforts of a guest room. This room can be customized to fulfill all of your meeting space requirements as a U Shape, Hollow Square, Boardroom, Round tables with Crescent seating, or simply Theater style. With hard wired LAN connections, and telephone lines available for audio conferencing, the Cooks Falls room will hold up to 28 people for a meeting, or up to 40 people theatre style; a reception up to 50 people, or plated dinner for 40 people. Other aspects of this room are a large pull down screen for presentations and a full kitchenette with a large granite counter top, full sized refrigerator, and a large sink.

The Osprey & Whitetail rooms are the two rooms that combined, form our large banquet room. Each of these rooms has the same functionality, whether it is for a meeting with a working lunch buffet, or a buffet/plated meal for a family celebration. Both of these rooms have extraordinary amenities including a floor to ceiling sound-proof wall separating each side, ceiling mounted LCD projectors, large pull down screens for presentations, access to the full wrap around deck with vista views overlooking the Lahave River Valley; as well as portable bars for evening functions and seasonal celebrations. Our banquet facility allows your event needs to be met with full catering services to make it a memorable experience in our new, modern facility.
Additionally, for larger events (up to 300 people) the sound proof wall retracts and the entire space can be filled using round tables, our portable 15’x15’ wooden dance floor, or 10 piece staging for live performances, creating the perfect venue for life’s most memorable celebrations.
