The property is a bit dated, very clean, obviously there is a renovation beginning. Our room was plenty comfy. We really appreciated the friendly staff: at the check in desk, pool maintenance and the housekeepers. We were there during a crowded and crazy time with many baseball teams. We were all accommodated with a smile, patience and graciousness. We had a nice stay! Thanks!

Took us 45 minutes to check in, Hotel was old and dirty, we had a ceiling leak in our bathroom from the room above which the hole ceiling was going to cave in soon, toilet never stopped running all night and to top it off, the area was horrible as we even heard gunshots nearby one night. Can't believe we paid $130 a night for this place. Even told the hotel about the problems and they didn't seam to care. Stay away.

Our soccer team came into Yakima for the weekend for a tournament. The hotel staff was so helpful and friendly starting months before we even arrived! We set up a room block and Jeanne and Victoria answered all of our questions and set us up with meeting spaces. We were so excited on the great room rate we were given and so surprised that the hotel served a breakfast and free dinner each night, even on the weekend! When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with smiles and great service from that minute to the minute we left. We had reserved a room so our team could sit together for breakfast each morning and the gentleman that helped us was so eager to make sure we had all that we needed. We had a room to have a team lunch and that was set up and ready for us just when we needed it. The boys really enjoyed swimming and being together. I would highly recommend this hotel! Oh, the rooms. They were so spacious and the beds were very comfortable. They had a small fridge and microwave that came in handy.
