Iwas extremely impressed with Chanuquah,Front Desk associate. My family arrived at the hotel approximately 11am needing a room to freshen up in order to attend an awards ceremony for my grandchild. Chiniquah was more than willing to assist my family so that we could attend the ceremony. She was empathetic and professional to meet our needs in a timely manner. I hope when I return to the hotel she would be available to assist me.

We were in town for the weekend to attend a basketball tournament. The hotel itself was nice. All the staff we came into contact with were nice and helpful. The room was clean. The soap dispenser that is attached to the wall was about to fall out of the wall. You couldn't just pump the lotion, you had to be sure to hold the bottle because it was just handing on. Breakfast left something to be desired. The eggs from the buffet were very plastic like. We got in line to have a fresh omlette made, but it was taking so long we got out of line. Having to pay to park in a hotel that I just paid over $400 to stay at was very off putting. Several of our other team mates were staying at different hotels and they did not charge parking. I could understand charging for parking if you didn't stay there and were just leaving your car.
