Had to change rooms because room was freezing cold and couldn't be adjusted. The TV also wasn't working properly. The new room was warmer but the TV remote had electrical tape holding the batteries in place, had to press batteries in while selecting channels. Toilets are all too low, need normal height toilets. The woman at the front desk was excellent and helped accommodate us as much as possible!
