"The elevator did not work."

The place was awful. No elevator did not work. Juice station did not work at breakfast. Front desk did not know the ferry was ten minutes away said it was 45 minutes. Never stay there. Not even water for breakfast.

Here for work disappointing that I sent people here and your website unknowingly put me with a third party who charged $ 175 for the same room others spent 100 for my initial reservation for a day earlier was for $137 and I agreed to it for the $175 night I wasn't asked or told the price I assumed the same until I looked at credit card stmt terrible business.

The check in and out process was seamless.The room was clean. Staff observed working very hard cleaning the other rooms. There were enough towels and amenities in the room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The water pressure was excellent! Breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices. No complaints!

No pool and I called the day before and was told it was open asked about checking in 1/2 he early was told no ask about check out was told it was 12pm. Went out at 8am tostartloading my car and my key was already deactivated. Breakfast was a joke no milk for cereal because you can only pick one and my orange was moldy and the muffins and danishes were still frozen. Not a nice experience at all.
