In the past I enjoyed staying here, however after cancelling two rooms due to covid and not receiving a refund I will not be using inn at the tides again. It appears they are lacking old fashioned ethics.

I will say the accommodation is in a great spot, close to shops and restaurants etc. Accommodation and facilities was pretty poor. When we entered the room we experienced a very stale smell so we had to leave the windows open day and night. The carpet was dirty so we had to wear shoes around the room. The outdoor balcony did not have an Ocean view that we requested and the chairs they provided did not have cushions on them, so it was very uncomfortable to sit outside. The room came with a continental breakfast and we had to go across the busy highway to go pick it up in a box, which they could've simply had in the lobby. No in between maid service, no replenishment of the coffee, so we had to go down to the lobby yet again. We planned on sitting by the pool with our books, however, none of the patio chairs had cushions on them, so we could not even relax out there. The restaurant that was facilitating them was across the street. The dining experience was so awful and probably the worst fish I think I ever had. I would never stay there again and I would never recommend this place to any friends or family due to our experience.

Front Desk Staff was prompt, courteous and helpful at checkin. We enjoyed the view of the Bay from our room and the grounds were beautifully landscaped. The restaurant was convenient at the bottom of the hill, on the Bay.

We haven't been at IaT for ~5 years and we're a bit cautious as of what has become to it over these years and specifically how it does overcome the pandemic limitations. Turns out the high standards are still there untouched and the way it deals with unfortunate temp restrictions (breakfast, room service etc) is more than commendable. We really enjoyed the stay and actually planning another one in September October. We also hope to bring friend with us as we now do feel well rested and invigorated. Great job! Thanks much!
