The room was freezing cold and heat did not work. Slept with a coat. Went down to front desk to see if someone could fix it. We were told a technician would be up to fix it. three days and it was still freezing when we left. It was 80 outside. The air would not turn off.

LOCATION, PARKING AND TRANSPORTATION:Conveniently located at the intersection of Interstate I-494 and Highway 100 North, the Sheraton Bloomington Hotel Minneapolis South is only 15 minutes from the Minneapolis/St Paul International Airport and 12 minutes from the Mall of America. The hotel provides parking for over 1500 vehicles, at no cost! Complimentary transportation service is available to the airport and the mall 7 days a week! IN HOUSE FACILITIES:The hotel offers a variety of restaurants and lounges. The Nine Mile Grill features a full-service menu as well as a buffet. For cocktails, the Navigator's Lounge is the place to relax. Or if you rather, relax with a café latte at our own Plaza Java. Friday and Saturday evenings offer a fun time at Stevie Ray's Comedy Cabaret.Our Garden Court includes an indoor swimming pool, whirlpool spa and children's playground. We offer a fitness area, guest laundry facilities and a game room. The hotel also provides, for your convenience, Avis Car Rental, an ATM, a gift shop and a Business Center. STAR MEETING CONCIERGE:Each day of your meeting you will be greeted by a hotel associate from our Meeting Concierge Department. They are your personal liaison between your meeting needs and the various hotel departments. Consider them your personal assistant for whatever needs may arise during your event. In room upgrades include the Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Beds and linens, bowed shower rod, shower heads, hair dryers, ice buckets and coffee makers.
