The "Sandy Inn" is our beautiful conference room. This room is designed to accommodate a variety of group sizes and layouts. It has proven to be very popular for many meetings or the perfect size for a breakout room as well as any special events such as a baby or wedding shower. Function Space Room capacities are based on specific seating layouts. Special designs presentation requirements and Audio/Visual arrangements will impact the number of guests that each room can accommodate. Contracts for function space, Audio/Visual equipment and/or accommodations for rooms at the BEST WESTERN Sandy Inn will be forwarded to you upon completion of final arrangements. In order to confirm your function, the contract must be signed and returned to the BEST WESTERN Sandy Inn prior to the date of event. If the number of guests anticipated or confirmed changes, please let hotel planner know immediately to make the necessary arrangements for accommodations.
