I checked out your hotel facility on the Internet and from the website it appeared very nice and clean. It reflected all of the different amenities that you offered and it was exactly what I was looking for. I made a reservation for one room on your website and I attempted to make a reservation for a second room on your website but your site crashed in the process. I had to call your customer service department and they were able to get me another room. At that time, they confirmed all of the amenities I was looking for such as a lounge, full breakfast, etc. which I was looking for. Upon arrival, none of the items promoted were present and after an eleven hour drive we were forced to find a suitable place to eat. We found none of the amenities promoted were present despite the prices charged. In addition, the room was run down and outdated based on the money charged. The only positive was the employees who were professional and courteous. Lastly, I took pictures of the rooms if you would like to view them.

I called to make a reservation. The process was quick and seamless. Check in was smooth and quick. The room was clean. There is plenty of parking the hotel is close to all the conveniences. The staff is friendly and professional.

The Raleigh Durham International Airport is 60 miles away. Bring the whole crowd, as this hotel offers plenty of large-vehicle parking with outdoor outlets. Other thoughtful amenities include complimentary continental breakfast with freshly made Belgian waffles, complimentary wireless Internet access and onsite laundry facilities. Pets are welcome. The business center offers printing, fax and copy service. The modern guest rooms offer flat-screen TV, pillow-top mattress and work desk, and rooms with microwave and refrigerator are available, ideal for longer stays. Accessible and smoke-free rooms are also available.
