SUSAN'S VILLA is located in the Niagara area of Canada, It is in a PERFECT LOCATION. Walk in a few minutes to the world-famous Horseshoes FALLS, Casino Niagara, Boat Tour, Clifton Hill, and most other Attractions. ALL in WALKING DISTANCE!The VILLA is a notable house, air-conditioned, with modern and traditional furnishings as is often characteristic in Canada. This house is health inspected and licensed by the City of Niagara Falls AND the Province of Ontario.For YOUR enjoyment we have a large deck, a gazebo, a nice garden, and a beautiful yard, with grey and black squirrels plus many kinds of birds to watch and enjoy! Villa has 4 suites, and each suite has a separate entrance door, so you don't need to share the front with the owner. Each suite has one bedroom, one living room, and one full bathroom. The bedroom has good-looking furniture and a very comfy queen bed. The setup is modern and traditional, as is often customary in Canada, and harmonizes here to the viewer's delight.Furthermore, there is a smart TV, fridge, Hair dryer, and clock radio in the suite.For your WALLET / PURSE:FREEBEES: nearly everything is FREE at SUSAN'S: Breakfast, private parking, smart TV, Wi-Fi, use of deck-balcony-gazebo, and....and... We are able to cater to everyone’s taste and special wishes.The choice of foodstuff is different every day. Cereals and different fruit you may find every day.You will find also eggs in many styles, real bacon, chicken/turkey *bacon*, chicken sausages, ham, hash browns, brown and white bread fresh or toasted.Waffles, pancakes, and French toast are a must AND, of course Susan’s famous German Pancakes. Although they look similar to crapes, never call them crapes. This is clearly a very old German recipe which has been stolen by Napoleon. Naturally he could not call them German Pancakes and gave them a French name: crepes.
