The Maxwell is brand new and gorgeous! We are rated in the top ten Seattle Hotels on Trip Advisor. Located in Seattle's premier performing arts neighborhood and adjacent to the Seattle Seattle. Easy walk to Space Needle, EMP, Monorail, Pacific Science Center and Key Arena. Across the street from Seattle Opera, Pacific Northwest Ballet, Intiman Theater and Teatro Zinzanni. Hotel features 139 artfully appointed guest rooms, each with a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig pod coffee maker, personal electronic safe, 42" flat panel TV, free wired and wireless internet and an iPod docking station. COMPLIMENTARY OVERNIGHT GUEST PARKING!!! Hotel amenities include a 24 hour full espresso bar, an indoor swimming pool and fitness room and complimentary use of bicycles for city touring. Our largest meeting room is 1,300 sq ft. The board room is 300 sq. ft. Both feature free internet and a Smart Board. Guests may bring in their own F&B. or select one of our catering partners. Our meeting space is provided at no charge if the group produces 25 or more rooms per night. Plenty of dining options within 4 blocks of our front door, including two gourmet grocery stores.
