Notes on Daily F&B minimums: **Food and beverage is the only purchase that may be applied to the F&B minimum each day. (non-food and beverage such as AV, Taxes, Gratuity, Service, Labor charges and the like are excluded). Groups selecting the “Full Day Food and Beverage Minimum” will pay no additional charges for a 24 hour hold or meeting times of any length. “Half Day Minimum” is available only if the room does not have a “24 hour hold” and is used for 4 consecutive hours only during the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Food and Beverage minimums are not program cumulative, but are daily requirements. Evening dinners in Grouse Mountain Grill or events in Grouse Mountain Grill scheduled to end after 4:30 p.m. may not be applied to meet the daily F&B minimum. All qualifying Food and Beverage must be hosted by the Group’s Master Bill or Group’s Credit Card on F&B Contract in order to apply to the minimum. In the case when Breakfast is included in the room rate for the entire group or any F&B is hosted by another party (except for dinners in Grouse Mountain Grill or events ending after 4:30 p.m. in Grouse Mountain Grill), the group will be credited with the revenue applying to the daily F&B minimum. Notes on Daily Meeting Room charges*: ”Per Day” is up to 10 consecutive hours or 2 separate occupancy periods in one day equaling 6 hours or less. Groups using the room outside of the “per day” parameters will be charged an additional ½ of the per day meeting room charge. Groups requesting 24 hour holds or groups who are unable or unwilling to vacate the meeting room(s) by 5:00 p.m.(upon request of Grouse Mountain Grill) will be charged an additional ½ of the per day meeting room charge. There will be no additional meeting room charge for the same group’s use for an evening group event (dinner, reception or cocktail party) even if the event results in the occupancy time exceeding 10 hours that day or 6 hours for 2 separate occupancy times. “Per day” is each day a room is reserved for a group’s use (including storage or office space).
