The Holiday Inn Express Harrisburg NE is a mid-service hotel is conveniently located off of I-81 North of Harrisburg/Hershey area. The hotel completed its major renovation over a year ago and still looks brand new. The lobby is mid-sized, very welcoming with sunlight and high ceilings plus it has everything right there; breakfast area with a community table including built in plugs/internet cable plugs, computers for guest use, small room as a game room, seating with TV and fireplace, guest laundry, fitness center and down the hall to the indoor pool. All guest rooms include complimentary WIFI, frig and microwave, comp breakfast, free parking. This is a great hotel for any traveler but a great bet for families and sports teams!

Room and service were nothing special. Hotel had a bit of an odor that was unpleasant, but it was not super strong. Breakfast was a disappointment. English muffins were so stale they chipped when placed on the counter.
