friendly staff, not in tune with travelers needs. our room was next to a family that was clearly in town for zenders splash pad. kept us awake with loud and vulgar language. sparse breakfast options were not explained not even coffee was offered. this was the most expensive hotel that we stayed in on our 1700 mile trip and was the worst of all of them.
