We have really enjoyed the Marquette Holiday Inn. The rooms are nice, the staff friendly, courteous and helpful. We were able to get a later checkout time by request and they were able to provide a sewing kit, which was a life saver. This will definitely be our go to when we stay in Marquette!

The facility itself is excellent: the size of the room, all the appliances, variety of coffee in the room, closet and other storage space, cleanliness and comfort: all first rate. What took me by surprise was breakfast not being included. I was surprised because I became an IHG reward group member from another IHG hotel which did include breakfast. If there was a reading error on my part while reserving my room, then that is no fault of the hotel. I still would stay upon visiting this area again.

Staff was very helpful in arranging a room change as family was on a different floor. They were able to move us right next door. Clean, comfortable rooms. Beds were great. Wonderful restaurant staff. Would absolutely stay here again.

Property Description

The Holiday Inn is in the last stage of a $10m renovation. Everything in the hotel will be brand new; inside and out. Some of the overnight room changes include: 50 inch t.v.'s, new HVAC units, new windows, doors, furniture, flooring and vinyl, tub-less showers. In addition, we have taken all of our double bedded rooms and changed them to rooms with two queen size beds. We have also added sleeper sofas to some of our king guest rooms. The lobby has been completely transformed with new interior design, furnishings, and an automatic lobby door. The restaurant and bar are now combined into one area and has been completely remodeled. We have updated the pool area including; new paint, flooring, pool decking, renovated restrooms and an ADA sauna. The exterior of the hotel has also been changed to include a new modern look.

We feature the area's largest indoor swimming pool. Sunday-Thursday our pool hours are 7a.m.-11p.m with adult swim time being 10p.m.-11p.m. On the weekends the pool is open to everyone from 7a.m.-11p.m.. It is still 4ft at one end and 8ft at the deep end. In addition, we have the area's largest indoor whirlpool and our sauna is ADA compliant.
