There weren't enough towels in the room, and I was assigned a handicapped room, which I wasn't expecting. Overall, the experience was mediocre at best. However, I must commend the receptionist at check-in—she was terrific and made the process smooth and pleasant. The room was average, and the breakfast buffet was also just okay.
