The television didn't work. No elevator. Clean, small room with a good king sized bed. No facilities in room, but clean shared toilet, shower and sink rooms near by. Perfectly adequate but very high priced accommodation.

Completely renovated and restored to its 1902 elegance, Hotel Ballard features 16 intimate rooms with 21st century amenities.Built in 1902, the building was originally commissioned by the American-Scandinavian Bank. In the late 1920s it was converted to a hotel, which served the City of Ballard and neighboring communities of Fremont, Wallingford and Magnolia for over 100 years.Hotel Ballard is within walking distance to the Ballard Locks, Golden Gardens Park, local beaches and a 10 minute drive to downtown Seattle.Also, Guests have 24-hour access to a 50,000 sq. ft.
