My only complaint was I had asked to check out at one pm instead of noon since we had a morning excursion planned for Los Alamos and I wanted to make sure we had enough time to return to hotel and check out. I was assured two days prior to our last day that thst would be possible. However, when the day arrived the desk clerk said that a one pm check out would not be possible because they had other guests arriving. I finally had the manager to talk to and he said we could move all our stuff into another place ( the garage). Going back on one's word was not appreciated and it was not convenient. They didn't even volunteer to move our suitcases and said that we would have to do it ourselves. With so much to do in the hotel I would have thought that incoming guests could find something to do for a brief one hour delay at the most!
