A pleasant, clean, and quiet room just a short, easy walk to downtown. The included breakfast was great—especially the coffee! Half way between downtown and the historic part of Ashland, this hotel was perfectly situated for us. It was very quiet and we enjoyed our breakfast on the outside patio. Very nice stay.

The location is about a 10 minute walk to the theaters and downtown shopping and dining. There is a Safeway grocery store next door. The included Wi-Fi, continental breakfast, pool, in room microwave and fridge are nice.
