Called ahead and reserved a room. Arrived, checked in, front desk gave me room keys, unlocked the room and walked in on partially dressed people laying on the bed. They were NOT HAPPY. Front desk gave me a different room with a TV that wasn't working and needed a complete reset to watch it. Later, I checked my credit card and they charged me twice. Had to fight with Hampton Inn to get it removed.

I assumed that I was dealing with Hilton Reservations, but….. it turned out to be a third party scam with a double charge. I was so upset at checking in until Casey welcomed me to the hotel, sympathized with me and managed to turn the experience into a real blessing. He was so kind and not just to me, but, as I observed, to other guests and food delivery people. It's extraordinary to encounter such a person as Casey who truly understands the concept of Hospitality.

The staff wdid their best to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Our window shades were stuck in the up position. TJ hung curtains to ensure our privacy. The breakfast crew was very attentive. Good stay.

The Staff and Management of NEW Hampton Inn Harrisburg North would welcome the opportunity to have your group stay with us. We are a new hotel that is centrally located to all the major routes that come into the Harrisburg area. Our hotel offers well appointed rooms and suites that can comfortably accommodate families. We have a hot breakfast buffet included in the overnight rate. Our hotel has an indoor pool, fitness center, business center and even a market. Complimentary wireless internet access is throughout the entire hotel. Please let us know if we may be of service.
