I had a reservation which I cancelled within a few minutes of making the reservation. Received a cancellation email but got an email about my upcoming check in time. I called and spoke with another person who advised they would cancel and refund my card. Got another email. Called and spoke with another person who advised who advised they would review with the manager in the morning and they would call me back. I never received a call and I have not been refunded.
