I booked my room from what I thought was your hotel and it was a third party. I checked rates and availability when I checked in and and they were far less than I was charged. I was lord to by the third party telling me the hotel was almost sold out as well. I have stayed a few times with you and am disappointed that you let this happen.

We have stayed at the Berlin Grande since its first opening and have returned every time we visit the area. The experience has been consistent. The room is always clean with everything supplied as expected. The breakfast is among the best with a friendly attendant. The location is great with quick access to all locations. IN short, we will continue to make the Berlin Grand our choice.

"Absolutely the BEST place to stay."

It was our second stay at the Berlin Grande while visiting the area. The staff is so courteous, the rooms are huge, room to move around in not just jump in bed. The beds are so comfortable! The bathroom showers are so luxurious and the sink counter definitely adapts to two ladies getting ready for the day ahead. The breakfast bar is excellent, good selection and very tasty! Central location is key. You aren't very far from most of the places you choose to visit. This was our first mother daughter trip there and we will always stay at the Grande when we go back! The first trip was with my husband and he enjoyed the quiet atmosphere there.

We and our granddaughters enjoyed our stay very much. We needed to upgrade and this was done with kindness and understanding. We had a little trouble with our charge card, but the staff was very patient in working it through.

Situated right in the heart of Amish country we found the perfect place to rest our heads. Clean, comfortable beds and lots of amenities. The included breakfast buffet was well stocked with tasty hot food, coffee and homemade sweet rolls. Plenty of free parking on site and a great Amish restaurant just a few steps away. We highly recommend Berlin Grande Hotel!

I guess I booked with a third party and it was a nightmare. The man I booked with lied in every way possible. The hotel tried in every way to correct it for us. Beware when booking online.

"Comfort Factors Not Considered!"

When reservation was made I requested a recliner in the room due to back issues. Other hotels in the area have gladly done this and I was told this would be noted. Upon checkin was told they do not do this and were never told it had been requested. I asked for a refund to go somewhere else and was refused so my husband spent three miserable sleepless nights sitting in a hard, straightback chair. Also, if you reserve a two double bed room, wouldn't it be logical to assume two people are staying and provide two chairs to sit in? The room was huge so there was plenty of space for both of us to be able to sit! That is really ridiculous! I will not be returning to this hotel.
