The menu includes traditional Zanzibar fare, as well as Italian cuisine reworked the Islander way. Fish is the main ingredient, and comes to us directly from local fischermen. The imagination of our Chef combines the flavour of fresh fish with rice, vegetables, spices and coconut to create delicious traditional dishes. In the evening you can enjoy a candle lit dinner under the African sky accompanied by the magic sound of the Indian Ocean : it will be a great experience!
