We went into the hotel and we were welcomed by two of the most delightful women we've ever encountered at the front desk. It was like they were our friends and this was there home! They were helpful and bubbly, the energy was contagious. Our TV would not let my husband into YouTube. He called the desk and one of the two came right up to our room, she looked at the back of the TV and said 'I know what this is'then proceeded to change UBS into another port and it worked. She was seamless and accurate while fixing it. Wow! I could go on and on. We took their picture so we could tremendously what these special ladies looked like and it's funny how they made you smile at their smile. Great experience, can't wait to be back!
