Property Description
The Thompson Hotel and Conference Centre is a family owned and operated property located in downtown Kamloops that offers exceptional guest service and features unique amenities that set us apart, and makes our property the ideal choice for families, groups, sports teams, or any traveller that doesn't want to have to stay stuck in their room! Located steps from everything downtown has to offer, whether you are making a one night stop over or staying a few days to play world class golf, our aim is to provide the best combination of quality and value in the City.
Our 98 guest rooms have been recently renovated, including bathrooms. If you are traveling in any type of group, you can feel free to congregate in our Games Room instead of having to cram into a guest room like at most hotels. The Games Room features multiple seating areas, two big screen TVs, two pool tables, foosball and air hockey tables, as well as video arcade machines and board games. Fun and fitness are truly in abundance throughout the hotel's unique amenities; enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub, fitness room, we even have a 37 seat movie theatre on site! In the summer months, we also offer complimentary use of bicycles to explore Kamloops or do a little shopping. The property also features two award winning brewhouse restaurants (The Noble Pig and Alchemy Brewing), so you won't have to go very far to enjoy a fantastic meal and/or a great craft beer!
