I keep coming back to this Hotel, whenever I go to Grants Pass. The people are friendly, the accommodations are clean and comfortable; and the breakfast is good and offers many selections (can eat differently each day). A housemaid was helpful to me so I could nicely fix a problem I had created.
Bed was comfortable, room was clean, air worked well. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel was standard fare but the service from the employees was so helpful. Shout out to Oscar who greeted us every evening. Gave helpful and accurate information and served great cookies each evening and Jade in housekeeper who consistently rose above what asked. Very nice people and a pleasant stay.
The room was clean, bed comfortable, hot tub and pool hot and warm, respectively and wonderful customer service. Breakfast was good, too.
Oscar in particular was very helpful, but I had a very nice stay. I will stay here for future visits to Grants Pass!
We arrived very late to check in. The front desk agent was so kind, friendly and welcoming! I was most impressed by how clean everything was. The bathroom was spotless and you could tell everything had been 'cleaned' not just wiped down. The staff clearly takes pride in their work and I would definitely recommend a stay here if you are passing about through.
