The staff at this hotel is what makes it so amazing! They actually care and hope you have a wonderful time. Amazing recommendations for trying new things! The room had some twinks but we will 1000% be back!

This was our first time staying at the Lighthouse suites and inn. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was amazing we had a suite with a balcony with an ocean view. The room was clean beds are very comfy. The manager suggested Bennetts fish shack the staff there was great, and the food was even better. I hope to go back soon.

Location is perfect, the view from the balcony is stunning, fun to just sit there and enjoy the surroundings, beautiful sunsets. Very clean place, nice staff. Thank you for a lovely stay. We can't wait to come back.

I was very impressed with the way that one of your front desk staff (Alice) handled a stressful situation where a difficult customer trying to check in was insisting his room be ready now when several people were in front on him. Alice defused the confrontation by engaging all the people in the lobby in a group presentation of the great things to do in Ocean Shores and the wonderful breakfast awaiting them in the morning. She is an A Plus addition to your success in my book and a reason we will return again!

We arrived and after checking in to the family suite on the second floor, I was told the elevator was out until next week. I told them I had my 90 year old mother with me who uses a mobility scooter and my sister who is recovering from recent knee replacement surgery. There is no way we could be on the second floor without an elevator. I am 70 years old and can not drag my wife, mother and sister's luggage up stairs that they packed for two months of travel. Tammy the front desk supervisor and Cynthia the manager worked together to get us two ground floor rooms. the biggest problem was I prepaid through expedia and they had to somehow transfer the credit. It took awhile, but they worked it out. A big big thank you to them. There are several things at your hotel that need looked at. A few that we say were elevator not working, sliding door in room not working, automatic sliding door going outside from hallway not working. There was a sign on it that said manually pull open and closed. Tattered window shades. The towels and wash clothes are the low grade Costco scratchy cloth. The inside of the rooms were nice.

Check in time 4pm by 5:20 I finaly got in. Wile sitting in the breakfast room waiting I daw a homeless couple come in and help them selves to packaged food that was left out. There was a couple living in their car in the parking lot. The security doors were held open with rocks and when I asked about it they said they do that until 11pm. Wth. The lady at the front desk was wonderful and if not for her I would have probably left. At $195 per night I eXpect way more. The room was nice but a little tattered. Won't stay again because of the sketchy people hanging around and no one doing anything about it.

I noticed that the detail Covid Cleaning was not present. And I saw dust and stuff under and around the nite stand, refrigerator and sofa. No sanitation soap available. But I love the remodel that is happening and it will be great when elevator is fixed. Some staff was friendly and some did not care about people in the lobby.

"Some Pros and Cons."

We took a mid week get away to the ocean and stayed at Lighthouse Inn & Suites for the first time. Cons: elevator was not working, could not use the pool or hot tub; excited to see a fireplace in the room but, can't use them anymore. (Was told it was for "ambiance" when we inquired but, where is the ambiance when you can't use it?) Pros: really liked the location kind of at the end of hotel row. Big parking lot. Right next to beach access. Had a balcony with a nice view of the ocean. Found the plastic patio chairs in the closet. Room was fine, but is showing age and is in need of refurbishments. It was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast included biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and sausage links. We were to be on the 3rd floor. We are older and with the elevator not working we were moved to the second floor. Appreciated that.

Ocean views from most guest rooms. All of our rooms are studio suites. They have a seating area with either patio or balcony, a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Amenities include a free wi-fi, a fitness center, a business center in the breakfast/lobby area, indoor pool area, complimentary buffet breakfast, and a 24-hour coffee service. We have electric fireplaces in most rooms.

Green sustainability

Yes - let us know if you wish towels washed and sheets changed for water conservation. Slower winter days, we also close off part of hotel to save energy resources to heat.
