When booking the room, I was under the impression that that I was booking directly with hotel. When we arrived we found out I accidentally booked through three rd party. Our requests for adjoining room and free breakfast were not recorded. However the agent at front desk fixed the problem and we were all together. Never rec the free breakfast that we requested. Staff was very friendly. Hope they honored my Hilton rewards program !

The Doubletree is one of my favorite brands in the Hilton portfolio. The customer service is always superb and the rooms are immaculately clean. The upgrade to this king size room was the in room fitness center. Being a fitness enthusiast, this added touched helped me to keep my fitness goals while on vacation.
