Combina de manera ideal la tranquilidad de la zona residencial con la proximidad del centro de la ciudad y una bella vista a la cordillera. Recientemente inaugurado (julio 2009), por lo que se encontrará con instalaciones nuevas y funcionales.Nuevo concepto de alojamiento, con 40 departamentos amplios y equipados como una vivienda, con todos los servicios propios de un hotel. No existe en Mendoza Apart Hotel con la cantidad, calidad y tamaño de departamentos como los de Soltigua Apart.Situado sobre una de las principales calles gastronómicas de Mendoza, para que la estadía en Mendoza, ya sea por negocio o placer, responda a todos las necesidades y gustos. Es el alojamiento más cercano al reconocido “Instituto Zaldivar” y a la UNC (Universidad Nacional de Cuyo).
