The room was filthy. I Clorox it down. There was no dial in the room, the headboard was not attached, the sink had a visible crack and the faucet was loose. The baseboards were filthy and I would not take a shower in their tub.

Our room smelled like a smoldering camp fire. Had to wash all of our clothes even the clean ones in our bags and then air out our suitcase. This was the first time we stayed at Colonial and we will not stay again. The rooms need updating maybe a bedspread on the beds would be an added touch or maybe another chair. Windows did not open. Deck in front of the rooms was very dirty. For the price, I expected better quality.
