Our team had the great pleasure to stay in the Hotel Alsterhof for our visit to the ITB fair 2014. We could not have chosen a better hotel for our visit. The hotel is located within easy reach to the fair (10 minutes by Underground) and at the same time offers a great 'city centre' experience. The most famous Shopping Mall in Berlin, the 'KaDeWe', is just on the doorstep of the hotel and one of the main shopping areas in Berlin, the 'Kurfuerstendamm' with the famous Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church, lies within a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Enough said about the location, our stay was really made by the hotel itself. The hotel lobby is small but very functional, can easily accommodate group check-ins and the staff is always friendly, at day and night. The rooms have just been refurbished and offer a very comfortable, modern and functional feel. The desks are perfect for working whilst travelling and the internet always worked faultlessly. The favourite part of my stay in a hotel in Germany is always the breakfast and all my expectations were fulfilled and exceeded with a huge assortment of any breakfast items you may wish for. The hotel also offers some modern meeting facilities on their top floor, overlooking the roofs of Kurfuerstendamm. Within its' capacities this space offers great flexibly and you need to look no further for suitable meeting space for you next meeting in Berlin. All in all I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to stay in Berlin: Tourists, business travellers and fair visitors are all perfectly catered for at the Alsterhof Berlin

Only a short walk from the famous store KaDeWe, a stone`s throw from Kurfuerstendamm, is the Alsterhof located. You will find an oasis of tranquillity within the mid of this bustling city of Berlin. 200 quiet and light rooms are styled in warm tones. “Surfing” at one of the Internet Terminals in the hotel-lobby are complimentary for hotel guests. The Alsterhof provides banqueting capacity for up to 150 people on an own bankett floor over the roof top. Recharge your battery in the Fitness- and Wellness centre on the sixth floor of the hotel overlooking the rooftops of the city. Besides the Restaurant “Alsters” will you find the lobby bar “Scala-Bar” For the guests is a garage onside.
