This was our second stay at the Sleep Inn & Suites Monticello. When we checked in, we were greeted by a smiling face and a warm welcome. It was Ms. Gloria and we instantly remembered her from our previous stay there about seven months ago. She is so friendly and upbeat. The other staff was extremely nice as well. Hotel is very clean and quiet. Great hot breakfast. Great location with many options for places to eat and things to see and do. We will definitely be staying here every time we come to Charlottesville.

We stayed two nights to attend a family wedding. Original request was for king bed; when I arrived I asked for a change to two doubles as my mother, on a walker, was with me. Dawn at front desk worked to secure a first floor room. While it may seem like not a big deal, it was. Not having to use an elevator was most appreciated. Dawn also contacted me when we left behind a few items and stored them at front desk for easy retrieval. Thank you! Breakfast was very good too.
