My door would jam and you had to fight to close or open and the air didn't want to shut off.

The air conditioners even when on constant fan would not stay on the room felt at least 80°. The bed broke whenever my husband lean to one side and he is not obese. The sheets were stained. The front desk cold at 11 PM it was all around not enjoyable, staff was OK, The housekeepers were the most pleasant.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Many in our party had door lock problems. Our bathroom door was falling apart. Moved to another room which had a broken lock. Moved back to original room. Husband fixed bathroom door. When we left we realized our door was not actually locking. Also long dark hairs stuck inside our shower. Were not even removed after cleaning had been there. Overall entire hotel needs maintenance overhaul in my opinion. Also light just inside entry was blinking on and off and needed changed.

Front desk people did not anything, manager not too helpful.Stayed only three nights out of 5. Never deal with hotel planner, they were aweful. They received their money yet they keep charging my credit card with unknown charges. Manager says you have to deal with them.
