Breakfast was plentiful and there was some rotation with hot items daily. Breakfast attendants were quick to refill items. Something for everyone and I liked the fact that breakfast was available for a four hr window to accommodate those early and late risers. Coffee and tea available all day long. Staff was friendly. One reception desk clerk even helped me with my luggage when he had a spare moment. I had extra items like a walker, wheelchair, etc because I was traveling with an elderly family member. We were in a handicap accessible room. Worked out well for elderly family member. Hallways were a bit noisy at night but that's to be expected at larger family oriented hotels. Our door locked but was not flush against the wall and I felt there could have been better soundproofing to the hallway if the door would have aligned better. Outlet mall across the street and a large Walmart very close.

Our complimentary Express Start Hot Buffet Breakfast is an ideal way to start each day for your group featuring two hot items daily – omelets with cheese or scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, Make-Your-Own-Pancakes, and biscuits, plus much more. Our hotel features free outdoor parking available on site and an indoor heated pool, with a Splash Pad kid's play area (dumping buckets, water toys whirlpool jets), available to relax in after a long day. Our 100% smoke free guest rooms are very spacious and feature a small fridge, 42” flat screen TV, Keurig® coffee maker, microwave, iron & board, full cable. Our hotel is conveniently located directly across from the St. Jacobs Factory Outlet mall and St. Jacobs Farmers Market, which features fresh foods daily. For dining experiences Jack's Family Restaurant is only a short walk from the hotel, and for other dining experiences our friendly and courteous staff is always excited to help and give great suggestions.Within our hotel we have an extensive fitness area with new cardio and weight training equipment, guest laundry services, and 2 elevators for your convenience.
