Property Description

Dar Justo is an authentic house dating from the 16th century restored and decorated by the owner, also an artist, Justo Almendros, keeping in mind a balance between originality and modernism. It is located in a quiet setting in the Mouassine area close to the Plaza Jemaa el-Fna, declared a “Heritage of Humanity” site by UNESCO. The Riad covers an area of 1000 m² distributed over 5 patios conserving the essence of the Moroccan architecture. There are two floors and a large gardened terrace all together covering more than 700 m² including different atmospheres and fantastic views over the Koutoubia & the Atlas mountains. On the terrace you can enjoy two covered saloons of 70 and 80 m². There are several rooms, one open to the main courtyard and another close. The third one is placed on the first floor. The riad has a bar-restaurant full equipped with 2 kitchens connect
