Zanzibar Palace Hotel is an exclusive award-winning boutique hotel, strategically located in the heart of Stone Town; vehicles can stop in front of the door and within walking distance of all the main sightings, however just a little bit out of the way to maintain tranquillity.In a tastefully restored building we have two luxury rooms and five suites, and on the top floor, two huge Palace suites, one with a rooftop bathroom and sundeck. All rooms are different; many have large bathtubs, and all with their own distinctive characteristics, including antique furnishing and authentic features, creating an Arabian night's atmosphere.During the low season in 2014 the Zanzibar Palace Hotel has undergone some room upgrades and a complete restyling of its public areas (i.e. restaurant, bar, reception).As a small hotel with an excellent service record, private restaurant, luxury spa, Arabian lounge and bar (serving alcohol) combined with 24/7 customer service and modern comforts, like A/C and free Wi-Fi, anyone will feel at home, but more than that: feel very special in a unique hotel. We are proud often to be described by clients as a “hidden gem” or a “little oasis”.
